Solid Ground Counseling

Hi! Welcome! I'm Janay and this is my private practice. To tell you a bit about myself: I'm from the Midwest originally, I'm a former athlete who still enjoys movement and activities. I identify as a Black cisgender woman in my late 20s. I grew up in a big family so I'm familiar with all kinds of chaos. My hope is to provide a space where clients can share their authentic self. Through counseling I can support the journey to healing and trusting yourself.
